Cyberpunk imagery and subculture Dope Stars Inc. have been mixing industrial beats, acid synths and distorted sounds with a bratty rock'n'roll sound and attitude since their foundation in may 2003.
With their debut self-produced EP
"10.000 Watts Of Artificial Pleasures" the band catched the interest of the international press and and got immediately signed with Trisol Music Group to release two albums,
"Neuromance" (2005) and
"Gigahearts" (2006), infecting through the years an horde of loyal fans and spreading like a virus over communities and golobal networks.
The band
toured intensively between 2005 and 2008 performing on stages across all Europe and supporting bands like London After Midnight, Kirlian Camera, ASP, Apoptygma Berzerk, Nightwish, Combichrist, My Dying Bride among the others. The band also performed at the biggest European festivals like Mera Luna, Wave Gotik Treffen, Amphi Festival, Summer Darkness, On A Dark Winter Night, Infest UK and Trash Fest I & II in Finland. Songs of Dope Stars Inc. also appeared 3 times on the soundtrack albums of the horror movie saga of
"Saw".
Before the release of the next studio album the band release an
advance EP including 2 tracks of the new album and titled "
Criminal Intents / Morning Star - Double Feature EP" on 21st April 2009.
The new 3rd full length album,
21st Century Slave is Out now and has been licensed to Trisol Music Group in Europe, Metropolis Records in North America and Subsound Records in Italy. An international tour will follow between 2009 and 2010 and after the release of the album.

21st Century Slave
The wait is over. "21st Century Slave" is out Now!. The new album will be available from today and will gradually outbreak in all the local stores in Europe and Worldwide depending on the local country-based release date. The European and Italian version will be out as 6 panel digipack with 24 pages booklet (artwork by Machine Room) and full lyrics. (see screenshoot above). Japanese edition will be out as 6-panel digipak (limited to first 300 units ONLY), 16 pages booklet, 4 pages insert with liner notes in japanese + OBI. North American edition will be out as Jewel case with 16 pages booklet.
